TommyTrinder.com Ltd has launched a consumer-facing website – www.tommytrinder.design – to generate leads for installers who use its ground-breaking virtual showroom software, Framepoint®.
CEO Chris Brunsdon explains: “Online searches for home improvements have been going through the roof – but installers need to be able to capture and convert these leads to build their pipeline. Many of our subscribers have been busy with remote demos, screen-sharing virtual makeovers on video calls with homeowners and lining up business for later installation. But we wanted to do more – hence the new consumer site, which we’re supporting with PPC ads, SEO and campaigns on social media.
“I guess it’s unusual for a ‘software house’ to provide leads – but actually it’s a perfect fit with our mission to help window installers sell more windows. And our technical team has a lot of expertise that we could draw on.”
Chris adds: “There’s a very real demand from people who are stuck at home, but keen to make the most of their space. That could mean bifold doors to open up a kitchen-diner which now doubles up as a workspace, or upgrading windows to more energy efficient and better-looking options. Projects that were put off previously have moved up in priority, as many of us are likely to be working from home more often in the ‘new normal’. With the housing market in freefall, the trend to ‘improve not move’ looks set to stay.
“Our new consumer site is capturing these searches and showing homeowners that purchasing windows and doors could be like buying a new kitchen or a car. Photorealistic renders of their new windows and doors, shown in-situ on their home, mean they’re excited and inspired. And they can change styles, colours and materials in minutes, not hours. It means they’re much more likely to buy, so the quality of leads is great.”
