While profile bars are kept stationary to protect their surfaces, precision routing, drilling, tapping and operations take place at 0°, -90°, -180° and -270° thanks to a versatile spindle complete with a rotating gearbox.
Dynamic servos allow the machining unit to travel at 120m/min, guided by intelligent control technology designed to maximise efficiency while minimising energy consumption.
The company also has a DG104 double mitre saw. The unit’s universal pivoting and tilting allows for the cutting of high and wide profiles, as well as every kind of compound mitre. Many profiles can be cut without support blocks.
