James Oliver Recognised for Outstanding Customer Service

James Oliver Conservatories has recently been recognised for its outstanding customer service. After first receiving the Gold Trusted Service Award in 2021, the Lincoln-based business has now achieved the rare Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo, the independent review platform.

Announced annually, the Feefo Trusted Service Awards help promote companies that have demonstrated a commitment to and delivered outstanding customer service. Businesses that meet Feefo’s high standards and assessment criteria are then honoured with an award.

In the case of James Oliver Conservatories, the company was presented with a Platinum award for achieving an average customer score of 4.8/5. In the assessment period, the company received over 50 five-star reviews, contributing to a total recommendation rating of 96%.

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award isn’t the only accreditation that James Oliver Conservatories has received this year.

After undergoing an evaluation from Conservatory Outlet, the second-generation business has been officially named a Conservatory Outlet Premium Retailer.

Commenting on being recognised as a Premium Retailer, Tom Oliver adds: “We’re now the only Premium Retailer in Lincolnshire, which is a huge accolade for the business.

“It sets us further apart from our competitors and gives our customers extra reasons to entrust us with their home improvement projects, be it a new door, some windows or the design and build of a luxury living space.”
