Bluemanor Windows of Braintree, Essex has been shortlisted for an award at the ‘glass and glazing industry Oscars’ – the G Awards – which take place at the Hilton on Park Lane in November. The family-run company which has been providing home improvements across Essex, Suffolk, and Hertfordshire for over 20 years has been recognised for its outstanding commitment to customer service, with a shortlisting in the category of Customer Care Initiative of the Year.
Held annually in London and now in its 19th year, the G Awards is the glass and glazing industry’s premier awards event and is highly regarded for recognising and rewarding excellence across various categories, with entrants from across the UK.
Commenting on the shortlisting, Mark Nuth, Sales & Marketing Manager at Bluemanor Windows, said: “Customer Care has always been at the heart of everything we do here at Bluemanor and we are incredibly proud to have been recognised for this on a national level with the G Awards shortlisting. We have numerous accreditations, some of which relate specifically to Customer Care – such as our inclusion in the Essex Trading Standards Buy with Confidence Scheme – and we hope to be able to add to that with a win at the G Awards.”
Bluemanor offers a wide range of home improvement options, such as windows, doors, extensions, orangeries, and conservatories. One of their key suppliers is Ultraframe, the UK market leader in the design and manufacture of conservatory and extension roof and wall systems.
Commenting about Bluemanor’s G Awards shortlisting, Ultraframe Business Development Manager for the South, Katie Sampson, said: “Having worked closely with Bluemanor for several years now I know that customer care is at the very core of the business and to see this incredible ethos recognised on a national level is fantastic. Blue Manor is a valued member of the Ultraframe Ultra Installer Scheme, and we are pleased to have such a forward-thinking business representing our brand within the industry. On behalf of all at Ultraframe, we wish them the very best of luck at the G Awards.
