As promised, Emmegi (UK) has revealed the line-up of machinery that visitors will be able to see on its Stand T80 in Hall 7 at FIT Show.
For aluminium fabricators, there will be an Emmegi Comet S4 4-axis CNC and a new ’E’ version of the Classic 5 metre twin head saw, while for PVC fabricators, there will be a Someco SM 4H horizontal welder and complementary CM 4H PVC milling machine.
The Comet S4 comes with an 8.5kW electrospindle as standard, but can be specified with a higher performance 10kW option with rigid tapping, which has all the additional torque necessary for machining in heavy duty steel as well.
The Classic ‘E’ saw features some significant electronic upgrades from the previous model – with a totally new sliding controls interface, a faster, soft touch panel unit, more menu options and upgraded network capability to speed up loading times between the machine and any external programming source. There is also a new ‘closed loop’ electronic measuring system which ensures that the saw always knows its absolute position without the need for start-up/referencing.
The Someco welder first appeared on the Emmegi FIT Show stand in 2023 in a 3-Head version and it generated such a huge amount of interest that it is back again as a 4-Head this time around, alongside the Someco CM 4-Head milling machine.
The stand will also feature a full raft of complementary machines that are always popular at FIT – including the Atla Coop Solution crimper, MG4-VP swarf extractor, Copia 310 copy router and SGA Mini 400 single head saw.
There will also be a selection of trollies, tables and accessories, available to order with special ‘show only’ offers.
