The Mondrian CWS 75 Slim system is available as a hinged window and door, pivoting window and door as well as the lift and slide option on show at Sky House. The bronze framing is fully thermally broken and double or triple glazing can be used achieving Uw values well below the requirements for Building Regulations Approved Document L.

The launch of the bronze version of the Mondrian CWS 75 Slim comes following customer demand for bronze framing to window and door frames. The steel CWS 75 Slim range was developed to provide the same frame design but in any specialist metal material.

Emma Greene, National Sales Director for IQ Glass said: “We saw a large increase in the number of requests we were receiving for bronze framing or bronze finishes. It is such a tactile material and we really wanted our clients to be able to see, feel and experience the system before choosing it as the option for their build. They can now do that at Sky House.”

Andy Slatford is the Special Works Director at IQ Glass and has just completed the largest installation of bronze windows in the UK to a private house. He explained: “Bronze changes tone and colour over time, especially on areas where people will touch the metal. The installation here at Sky House allows architects and their clients to see what the material looks like under real weather conditions and how this evolves overtime.”
