Window Ware Welcomes New Head of Customer Operations

Window Ware, a leading supplier of window and door hardware, is delighted to announce the appointment of Sam Richards as Head of Customer Operations.

Sam brings a wealth of industry experience to the role, having held positions at prominent manufacturers such as Glazerite, UK Door & Window Group, Evolution, Aluco, and Everest.

In the new role, Sam will be responsible for leading Window Ware’s service to customers by managing the sales office and purchasing teams to drive improved internal customer sales and support whilst optimising inventory to drive accurate and on time deliveries. His focus will be on fostering stronger collaboration within the customer operations team, increasing customer engagement and satisfaction, and elevating service standards.

With over a decade of experience in the fabrication industry, Sam has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing customers. He’ll be using that knowledge to bring Window Ware even closer to its customers, ensuring it continues to meet their needs and address their pain points with products and service that help grow their customers businesses.
