Quanex company Edgetech, world-leading manufacturers of warm-edge spacer bars, have released the results of their latest customer survey.
Conducted between November and February, the survey revealed overwhelmingly positive feedback, highlighting Edgetech’s commitment to exceptional customer service, product quality, and on-time delivery.
100% of respondents received their orders on time and in full. Over 60% indicated they use Edgetech products for 90-100% of their IGU units, demonstrating their confidence in Edgetech’s quality and performance.
Customers also praised Edgetech’s communication, with over 60% expressing satisfaction with the frequency of customer visits, and 100% reporting that their technical inquiries were addressed promptly.
Encouragingly, 100% of respondents plan to continue using Edgetech for the next six months, indicating a strong foundation for future growth.
Overall, Edgetech achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82, exceeding the industry benchmark and indicating exceptional customer loyalty.
