Jack Aluminum expands its factory space with added 17,000 sq. ft.

Aluminium specialist, Jack Aluminium, has more than doubled the size of its premises with the move to a new location on the outskirts of Coventry.

The move has allowed the aluminium systems supplier to expand its factory space by 17,000 ft² to a total of 28,000 ft². The move comes on the heels of the expansion of several of the company’s product ranges, including the launch of the new ID30 Internal Glazing suite, which moves the company into the domestic market.

As well as helping the company stick to its commitment of delivering on short lead times, the new premises is being used to respond to the increasing demand for stock colour options, highlighting a desire amongst consumers for a broader array of options for stunning, highly efficient, architectural glazing.

“It’s always a good thing when you have to expand to meet your customers’ demand,” said Andy Short, Managing Director at Jack Aluminium. “The new facility will be used purely for stock rolling, allowing us to meet the demand we currently have for stock colour options, as well as help us to accommodate more ranges.

“The new facility provides us with the space and resources to enhance our roll-out capabilities, ensuring timely delivery and unparalleled quality. We are confident that the move will not only enable us to exceed customer expectations but also enable us to explore new avenues of innovation and excel in meeting the evolving needs of our clients.

“One of the main reasons for our expansion was the increased demand for our ID30 system, which has been developed in response to the growing trend for slimline, heritage-style screening in the interior design market. ID30 can be used to ‘zone’ different living areas, or to separate rooms creating a high-end aesthetic with slim aluminium frames and large glazed areas. Making them a stunning option for any commercial, residential or public sector project.”
