In January 2023, trade fabricator Fentrade expanded its operation by manufacturing the Residence Collection. Six months on, this has proven to be a wise business decision as Chris Reeks, Fentrade’s Director, explains. “Having established ourselves as a reliable high-quality aluminium fabricator, we took the decision to expand into PVC-U fabrication with the introduction of the Residence Collection. As a result, our PVC-U division has grown month-on-month and our growing customer base and strong order pipeline demonstrate the strength of our offer.”
Fentrade manufacture the Residence 9, Residence 7 and Residence² Collections. Chris said: “So far, both Residence 9 and Residence 7 have been popular products for us, and we picked up several new business enquiries at FIT Show 2023. All systems are built to unquestionable market-leading design standards and deliver superior aesthetics that have become the gold standard for advanced window solutions.”
As a company ahead of the curve, Fentrade has introduced the newly-launched concealed trickle vent cover from the Residence Collection which also acts as a head drip to divert water away from the window. Inline with the new Part F of Building Regulations and tested in accordance with BS EN 13141-1, the patent-pending trickle vents are designed to fit with R9, R7 and R² collections and the aluminium cover is available in a range of finishes to complement the window’s main profile including coated and foil finishes.
