The accolade is a culmination of an intense study into how Tradelink operates procedures from production and distribution, to quality control and technical compliance for all off its fabrication options; mechanical, welded and Tradelink’s much coveted Seamless Weld technology.
Setting a benchmark with its outstanding performance, the pioneering Residence Collection is future-proofed to comfortably exceed the requirements of the new Approved Document Part L of the Building Regulations. The suite of three premium window and door systems from Tradelink comfortably beats the requirement for all window and door installations to have a minimum U-value of 1.4W/m2K and a B WER (window energy rating).
The portfolio offers impressive U-values of 1.2 W/m2K as standard and as low as at least 0.79 W/m2K when required, utilising double or triple glazing respectively. The suite of products provides a sophisticated range of luxurious, flush PVC-U window and door systems to suit modern, period, conservation, listed or heritage homes.
The award-winning R9s is a 100mm deep window and door system that blends the traditional aesthetic of an elegant flush exterior with a stylish, decorative interior to replicate the 19th Century timber look. Through a combination of clever design and technological advancements, R9s outperforms many other systems.
The architectural highlight of the Collection is R2 or the unique Tradelink R2s. With clean lines and superb performance, it is perfect for modern interiors. The window and door system has an elegantly flush sash exterior and a square interior that produces a bold appearance. All glass sightlines are perfectly equal, providing symmetry and complementing the stylish internal square detail. R2s accommodates the most thermally and acoustically efficient triple and double glazing, attaining Passivhaus standard U-Values of 0.79 w/m²k with triple glazing and 1.2 w/m²k with double glazing.
