Leading aluminium fabricator CDW Systems has made the shortlist at this year’s Business Leader Awards.
The Gloucester-based business, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and specialises in the trade supply of aluminium window, door, and curtain wall products, has been nominated for Manufacturing Business of the Year at the South West’s biggest and most celebrated business awards.
CDW Systems impressed the team of independent judges with its continued investment in bringing new products to market and innovation, as well as its commitment to customers, including a new resource centre with a series of datasheets to help installers with the new Part F and Part L building regulations and an improvement in its distribution capabilities.
“To be shortlisted for a Business Leader award is fantastic, particularly in our 30th anniversary year,” commented CDW’s Group Chairman Jeremy Phillips. “It’s testament to the hard work we have put in as a business for both ourselves and our customers.”
Oli Ballard, Business Leader Director, said: “There were more than 250 entries overseen by our expert judging panel, so I’d like to congratulate CDW Systems on receiving a nomination, which is a huge endorsement.”
The prestigious gala evening takes place on Thursday, September 15 at Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol and will be hosted by television personality Patrick Kielty.
The black-tie event is expected to attract around 600 guests, including CEOs, VIPs, business leaders and professionals and will feature a champagne reception, gala dinner and awards presentation.
