Epwin Window Systems fast-fitting products have helped to transform a stunning arts-and-crafts-style detached house in Conwy, Wales as part of an extensive property refurbishment.
The project was undertaken by local installer L Pearce Home Improvements and was completed as part of a comprehensive contemporary refurbishment so the choice of products was crucial. The detached property has views towards the Conwy mountains and Anglsey and the homeowner wanted to make the most of the landscape with products able to deliver high-end, clean aesthetics and maximise the glass area.
The refurbishment included fitting eight new Optima windows in addition to a 2.5 metre picture window that help to frame the views. A large PatioMaster sliding door with shaped frame gives access to the balcony over the garage and a 6.5 metre Stellar Aluminium Bifold Door was installed to the rear of the property. To deliver on the brief for streamlined contemporary aesthetics, all products were manufactured in black with white internally. All products were manufactured by longstanding Epwin Window Systems’ fabricator Heritage Trade Frames.
L Pearce Home Improvements has been fitting PatioMaster and Optima products since the company was formed three years ago. The company introduced Stellar aluminium products nine months ago and hasn’t looked back.
