Window Ware, the award-winning, independent hardware distributor is celebrating not one, but two high-profile award nominations at the 2019 G Awards.
Bedford-based Window Ware, which specialises in window and door hardware, factory tools, fixings and consumables, is nominated for ‘Component Supplier of the Year’, while Sales Coordinator Hayley Jackson is a finalist for the ‘Unsung Hero’ award.
The Component Supplier nomination recognises another successful year at Window Ware, with further improvements made to their already award-winning customer service. Despite introducing hundreds of new product lines, welcoming and training new staff and facing product delays from some of the industry’s biggest brands, Window Ware still managed to successfully improve their renowned service levels.
Whilst this has been achieved in part with key operational upgrades and investments, their success can also be attributed to the dedication of Hayley and the rest of the Window Ware team. Her nomination for ‘Unsung Hero’ celebrates her 15+ years as an integral part of the Window Ware sales team, supporting customers and colleagues with her wealth of knowledge and expertise.
